Re: Bill C-10 - An Act to amend the Income Tax Act

Thank you for your email expressing your opposition
to the provisions of this bill as they relate to tax
credits for certain television and film productions.

Contrary to recent press reports, the bill is not at
third reading in the Senate but has been referred to
the Banking, Trade and Commerce Committee of the
Senate for study.

I can assure you that that Committee does intend to
hold public hearings on many aspects of the bill.
